We are pleased to inform you that from Monday 24th April we will be launching a new way to order your repeat prescriptions. This is a dedicated service for ordering your repeat medication and is available to use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are hoping that those of you that use the standard paper repeat prescription forms will find Voice Connect an easier option to use. This will also help with our plan to go paperless in the near future.
Thank you to those of you who are already ordering your prescriptions online using the NHS App, Patient Access and our Practice website. These options will still continue as they are.

An initial quick one-off sign up is needed to use the service and you can do this by calling our prescriptions line which is on option 4 on the main surgery telephone number between 10am-12pm on weekdays.
