Dear Patients,
With cases of COVID-19 once again increasing we would firstly like to remind our patients that we are still OPEN and here for you and will continue to provide services.
To help us protect you, other patients and our team we ask that you only come to the surgery if it is absolutely essential to do so or if you have a booked appointment. Please contact us remotely in the first instance by telephone, website or E-consult.
Should you have to attend the surgery please maintain social distance, use our hand sanitisers, and ensure you wear a face covering. We also ask that you attend alone unless a carer is required, and if bringing a child only one parent attends.
We will continue to safely see patients face to face where necessary and all of our Clinicians will continue to wear appropriate PPE.
Non-urgent telephone appointments can still be booked up to two weeks in advance online.
Appointments such as Cervical Screening (smear) and Child Immunisation clinics, are still going ahead, so don’t hold off booking in if these are due.
A Prescription box is also located at the front of the Practice outside; please do not come into the surgery to request your prescription.
If you have any symptoms suggestive of Coronavirus, or are isolating as per government guidelines, do not attend the Practice and arrange a test as soon as possible.
