Following advice from our local CCG and guidance given to practices from NHS England we will at present not be offering any pre-bookable appointments. The facility to do this online has been switched off for the indefinite future.
You can still order your repeat prescriptions online as you normally would. We request that if you require a GP appointment, you telephone the surgery on the day that you require it.
All requests for appointments will be triaged and a telephone call may be deemed more appropriate, depending on your symptoms. We ask that you only come to the surgery if you have an appointment already booked, or if it is essential to do so, as most general enquires can be dealt with over the telephone.
If you have an appointment booked, and have symptoms of Coronavirus, please do not come in, and contact the surgery as soon as possible. We appreciate this may not be convenient for our patients; however it is necessary to put these precautionary measures in place to protect our patients and staff. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
