Dear Patients,
Following the announcement of the extension of the NHS flu vaccination programme we are pleased to be able to offer all patients who are aged 50-64 their free flu jab. This includes patients who turn 50 before 31st March 2021. Clinics will be running from Friday 4th December.
To book an appointment, please phone us on 01883 331900 and select option 0 for our dedicated flu line which is open Monday – Friday 09:00-13:00. Appointments are still available for children, patients at risk and over 65’s.
To ensure smooth running of our clinics at this challenging time we ask for all patients to wear a face covering, respect social distancing and have your preferred arm ready on arrival. We will be operating a one way system within the Practice so please wait at the front door and ensure you leave via the back. We ask that you arrive within your allocated time slot only or we may refuse you. Do not attend if you have symptoms suggestive of Coronavirus or are isolating as per government guidelines.
