How to Book an Appointment
You can make an appointment in the following ways:
- Visiting our Consulting Room
- Online at: www.patientaccess.com
- Calling the surgery on 01883 331900
Appointments are for 10 minutes only. Please be mindful of this when booking your appointment. If you require a longer appointment, please ask for a double appointment.
Appointments are available to book 1 working day, 2 working days, and up to 3 weeks in advance.
If you require an urgent same day appointment, please telephone the surgery ideally between 08:00-09:00. Our receptionist will ask a few brief questions about your symptoms to determine the most suitable appointment for you.
In addition, there are GP appointments bookable via the surgery at the Caterham and Dene Minor Injuries Unit. You can find out more information about minor injury units by visiting our Treatment Room.
If you cannot attend an appointment, please notify the practice as soon as possible to enable us to offer it to another patient.
You can do this by:
- Completing our online Appointment Cancellation form
- Using Patient Access
- Responding ‘CANCEL’ to your text message appointment reminder
- Calling the practice or visiting the practice
